Thank you for your move out confirmation. Your contract will end on 31-05-2019. Check out time is at 11:00am. The apartment has to be vacated and the keys returned at this time. Please drop the keys to your apartment in the BBF dropbox at the entrance of your building (marked with our logo).
Please make sure that the apartment is in the same condition as you found it.
How to proceed:
O Clean kitchen counters and hard surfaces of apartment
O Empty refrigerator
O Garbage should be removed from the apartment
O Personal items should be packed and/or removed from apartment
Additional charges for damages or excessive use of water and electricity will be deducted from the deposit amount.
If you would like to be present during the final inspection, please contact us for an appointment. The final inspection will take place on the last day of your contract or the following working day.
